Randy Turner, B.Sc., P.Geol.
President, CEO and Director
Mr. Turner is a professional geologist with over 40 years of experience in Canadian and International mineral exploration, business and finance. Mr. Turner spent 20 years with Esso Minerals Canada and AGIP Mining Ltd. exploring for uranium, gold and base metals. As President of Trimin Resources Ltd. he was involved in the development and sale of the McIlvenna Bay copper/zinc deposit in Saskatchewan. Mr. Turner's notable career achievements include guiding Winspear Diamonds Inc. from the discovery of the Snap Lake diamond deposit in northern Canada through to its sale to De Beers Mining for $305 million. In 2011, as President of Silver Quest Resources Ltd., Mr. Turner was involved in the acquisition by New Gold Inc. of the Capoose and Blackwater Projects for $180 million.
John McDonald, Ph.D., P.Geo.

Dr. McDonald is a Professional Geologist with over 45 years of mineral exploration and research experience, including 20 years providing technical advice to junior companies and 13 years as a professor at the University of Saskatchewan and the Australian National University. Dr. McDonald was Vice President, Exploration of Winspear Diamonds Inc., where he and his technical team were directly responsible for the discovery and development of the Snap Lake diamond deposit. Dr. McDonald was the first Director and co-founder of the Mineral Deposit Research Unit (MDRU) at the University of British Columbia. In 2000 Dr. McDonald received the HH "Spud" Huestis award for excellence in prospecting and mineral exploration from the BC and Yukon Chamber of Mines. In 2008 he received the Hugo Dummett Diamond Award for Excellence in Diamond Exploration and Development.
Mike Muzylowski, B.Sc.
Director
A member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, Mr. Muzylowski is a highly regarded geologist. He has been involved in numerous successful discoveries and developments that highlight over 40 years of senior exploration and mining experience. From 1970 to 1984 Mr. Muzylowski was a senior executive for Granges Exploration eventually becoming President and CEO where he successfully increased the company's annual revenues from $4 million to $65 million. Mr. Muzylowski was the 1988 recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada Developer of the Year Award, in recognition of his involvement in the discovery of some 17 ore bodies during his career.
James Eccott, B. Comm.
Director
Mr. Eccott is a past Director, President & CEO of Dia Met Minerals Ltd. During this tenure, Mr. Eccott was involved in the discovery of the Ekati Mine, Canada's first Diamond Mine and consequently co-founded the Canadian diamond industry. He is a Member of the Vancouver General Hospital Foundation and recently completed a six year term as a Member of the Board of Governors for the University of British Columbia. Mr. Eccott has sat on various corporate boards since he retired in 2001 including tenures as Vice Chairman of Sun-Rype Products Ltd., Chairman of Northern Air Support as well as Canadian Airlines International.
Gary Lindsay, B.A., M.B.A.

Mr. Gary Lindsay is a retired certified public accountant. During a 19 year career with Dyno Nobel, one of North America's largest commercial explosives company, Mr. Lindsay held a number of key management positions including Vice President of Finance and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, before becoming President and CEO. From 1996 to 2007 Mr. Lindsay owned and operated Tradestar Corporation, a worldwide equipment and technology supplier to the commercial explosives market. Mr. Lindsay currently serves as a consultant to the explosive and mining industries.
Andrew Farncomb, B.Comm.
Director
Mr. Farncomb is a founding partner of Cairn Merchant Partners LP, an independent merchant bank investing in and offering a full range of advisory services to public and private companies. Mr. Farncomb has extensive experience advising public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions, in the natural resources, consumer products, industrial, technology and media sectors. Mr. Farncomb was formerly a Partner and Investment Banking professional at Paradigm Capital Inc., a Canadian investment dealer. Mr. Farncomb is a Board member of IDM Mining Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed mine developer, and is also a Board member and Chair of the Investment Committee at the Flavelle Foundation, a foundation providing funding to small charities across Canada. Mr. Farncomb graduated from Queen's University School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree.
Susan Neale, CGA

Ms. Neale is a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience in corporate transactions, public markets and in-depth accounting and auditing, working with mineral exploration, development and operating companies in Canada and throughout the world.
