The Property is located within the west Athabasca Kimberlite trend, in northwest Saskatchewan, ~ 20 km southwest of De Beers' and CanAlaska's Athabasca Diamond Project.

The Property encompasses six discrete magnetic anomalies derived from a magnetic survey flown for the Saskatchewan Geological Survey in 2011. These six targets exhibit magnetic lows that are characteristic of magnetic features, thought to be kimberlite pipes, intruding into the thick Athabasca sandstone sequence.
The company has commenced a detailed 1,770 line kilometre airborne magnetic survey over the Property with 50 m line spacings.
Canterra is working toward earning a 50% interest in the Property from CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. Once the 50% option is complete, Canterra will have the option to acquire an additional 20% for additional cash, shares and work expenditures.
